Absolutely not! We understand the need for privacy. You can ask us to label the package with anything like “Shoes” or “Clothes” by leaving a comment when you make your purchase. If you don’t specify, we’ll simply write “Gift” or “Shoes” to keep it discreet.

Will our company name reveal what’s inside the parcel? Once again, the answer is NO. We use “G.S Marketing” as the sender’s name and do not include our email address on the sender details. This way, nobody can look up the sender information on the internet and discover what’s inside the package. Your privacy is fully protected.

No problem! We can send your order to the nearest post office for you to pick up whenever you’re free. Our discreet packaging ensures even the delivery company won’t know what’s inside. Your privacy is safe with us.

We ensure your privacy by packaging your order securely. Each parcel is wrapped with one courier bag, one layer of black plastic wrap, one layer of bubble wrap, and another plastic wrap. We seal it with tape to ensure that the contents are not revealed under normal circumstances. Only if someone purposefully tries to open it with a knife or scissors (which is very unlikely) could the content be exposed. Rest assured, your secret will stay safe.

We NEVER resell used products for hygiene reasons. If you get a defective item, just take a picture and contact us. We’ll arrange an exchange as long as the product is unused (it can be opened). We’ll cover the postage costs, so you can shop with us without worry.
